We are pleased to announce that work is well underway on the site of the future monastery in Lubumbashi. Currently the focus is on completing the perimeter wall, building foundations and associated groundworks. BSF is very pleased to be funding this initial phase of the work.

The accompanying images show members of the Buddhist Community working alongside contractors. By volunteering in this way, they are not only demonstrating their commitment and their hopes for the projects success, but also helping to keep costs down as well as speed up the work.
